The main question of summer: where to relax in the fresh air, without leaving far from home? Where you can swim and sunbathe, wander through the woods or fry kebabs, play paintball or ride horses, and most importantly - all this without wasting time on hours of traffic jams. Analysts at Bon Ton found out residents of which residential complexes will be closest to recreation areas in the summer. A rating of 10 large comfort-class new buildings was compiled in the old borders of Moscow, located not far from the diverse summer infrastructure, which is especially popular among Muscovites.

The rating is based on four main criteria:

1. Number of Recreational Facilities
2. The number and variety of activities in these objects
3. Distance from the LCD to the facilities (no further than 10 km)
4. The minimum price of the apartment, mortgage programs with state support

Each of the above criteria were assigned points.

Recreational areas:

• Forest parks, natural parks, rivers and lakes - 3 points
• Large amusement parks and green parks - 2 points
• Horse-racing bases, yacht clubs, paintball clubs, etc. - 1 point

LCD distance:

• Not more than 3 km - 3 points
• up to 6 km - 2 points
• from 6 to 10 km - 1 point

In the first place of the rating is the MIR Mitino LCD, in which urban comfort of living is successfully combined with all the charms of country life. The complex borders with the Novogorsk Forest Park, where many picnic areas are equipped and tourist routes are laid. Not far from the residential complex there is a favorite recreation area for local residents - “New Dam” on the Sinichka River, where swimming is allowed after landscaping the beach and the territory. You can also swim in the picturesque bay, where the Rublevo beach is located. Also within 10 km from MIR Mitino there are two outdoor pools: in the Severnoye Tushino park and in the Shore-House yacht club. The Northern Tushino Park also has a wake station and an equipped beach without the possibility of swimming, as well as many sports grounds. You can ride and learn wakeboarding in the MultiRiders wake club (based on the Shore-House yacht club), which is 7.5 km from the MIR Mitino RC. On the Skhodnya river, in the floodplain of which a residential complex is being built, a number of beaches operate. Swimming is not allowed there, but these places will be ideal for relaxing on a summer day.

Riding enthusiasts can spend time in the famous Otrada Sports Complex, which is 7 km from the complex: here you can not only ride horses and go fishing, but also visit the mini zoo and panda park with your children. And for motorists, 6 km from the MIR Mitino residential complex, the PitBike Mitino Track motocross club operates, and a little further on, the Tushino paintball club. The minimum price of an apartment in the MIR Mitino residential complex is lower than that of other complexes in the rating, and starts from 4 million rubles.

2. LCD "Festival Park"

In second place in the ranking is LCD Festival Park, which is implemented in the Left Bank region of the CAO of Moscow. Future residents will have many opportunities to spend the summer by the water. Just two places with permitted swimming are located not so far from the new building: Levoberezhny beach, which can be reached on foot, and the beach complex with an outdoor pool Beach Club 5 km from the residential complex. 4-5. LCD "City", LCD "Summer Garden"

7. LCD “Level-Amurskaya”
